Mama's Having a Tea Party!
Put on your big hat, and get ready to have a couple mock-tea-nis in your fancy tea cup. As a special showing of mama-love this Mother's Day, we asked our retailers to pull out all the stops and put on a tea party just for moms, complete with adult conversations and support for the hardest job we know of. Mama donated a sweet (and large!) gift basket for each retailer to give away. They will be doing drawings, door prizes, sampling cool products for moms, you name it. Not one near you? You can contact a retailer near you and ask them to have a party. Or if that doesn't work for you - how about contacting one of our online retailers, who are also doing special promotions. Some of our blogger mamas are having online tea parties, or call up a couple moms, brew a pot of tea, mix up our special mocktails recipes and have fun!

Tea parties are a great theme when it comes to celebrating childrens milestones. In the daycare business, organizing a tea party for the kids is one of the common practices to indtroduce a new learning mechanism or a better way of spending story time hour, complete with props and of course, cake for tea. I suggest making it more participative by dressing up in proper tea party attire and orchestrating a roleplay with the children complete with their doll and teddy bear attendees.
